November 18, 2012 Tour

Aloha! Lots of lava to see last night. There were multiple breakouts that were very active. The leading edge has again made it’s way to approximately 200 – 300 yds from the boundary of the land and sea. Up towards the Pali the bright glow from the past few night’s had subsided, which means the breakout at the base of the abandoned Royal Gardens subdivision has either stopped or has stalled significantly. Down at the leading edge the surface flows were pushing a lot and had advanced slightly, and filled in a slight depression in the short time that we were there. Very good activity at this time. Aloha!
