Aloha everyone again! Sorry for the past two days of updates but pretty much the same activity for the past couple days. Surfaces still remain highly active at this time. Just about 200 to 300 yards above the recent ocean entry. Our guides have reported that surface activity was wide spread and inflating at this time. Also last night one of our guides have reported to see strong glow coming from the ocean. That could be a new ocean entry had opened up or a small bench had collapsed into the sea. We are not sure but we have tour this morning and the guide from that tour will give us the report. All of our guests were just amazed and impressed to see beautiful flows last night.
Inflation at the summit has kept activity high on the coastal plains. At Halemaumau crater, The lava lake has rose just beneath the inner ledge of the crater. Nice glow could be seen at Jagger museum last night also. At Pu’u O’o crater, the Lava lake has rose to be visible in HVO’s webcam. Well aloha gang and book a tour today and watch some beautiful Lava flows while the world will end on this day. Mahalo!!!
