Aloha once again! We had awesome lava activity as we were able to view both the ocean entry and the surface flow. We were able to view both from safe areas. The surface flow was in the same area as last night, but had inflated and advanced slightly and was still nice to see. The ocean entry was just as beautiful and could be seen clearly. There also seemed to be a surface breakout west of the steam plume, but we were unable to view this because the steam was blowing into that particular area. Up on Pali, the surface flow making it’s way down was visible once again as well as the glow from Pu’u O’o and the Kahaualea flow. Another beautiful night, Aloha!
